Pick the document you are least sure about — the HSE management plan, a SWMS, the risk procedure. We read it the way a client’s document reviewer does and send back a one-page findings note, in writing, usually within two business days. No score out of ten, no sales call. One document per organisation.
A one-page findings note, in writing. It covers five things.
Is there a control table, a revision history, a review date and a named approver — and are they actually filled in.
Does the content describe your operation, or a category of work with your name on it.
Is each control assigned to a role, with a verification method named.
Does it reference documents that exist, and does it sit inside a numbering scheme.
Whether the fix is a revision, a rewrite, or nothing at all. If the document is fine, the note says so. Most are not, but some are.
It is not a review of your whole pack against the principal’s standard — that is a paid pre-submission review, and the findings note tells you whether it is worth doing. It is not a quote. And it is not a mailing-list sign-up.
The one a reviewer opens first.
Send it as a PDF or Word file, as it is — do not tidy it first. We learn more from the untouched version.
Three steps. The document goes by email, not through the form.
The form below: name, work email, company, and which document you are sending.
To admin@coresm.com.au — the button on the next screen opens an email with the subject line filled in. Please do not paste it into the form.
Usually within two business days of the document arriving. Read by a person at CORE SM, not scored by software.
Because reading one document takes us under an hour, and it is the fastest way to show you how we work. Some people go on to commission a pack. Plenty do not, and the note is still useful.

Yes. The document is used for the review only, never shared, and deleted after 90 days — see the privacy policy.
Nothing, unless you want it to. If the note says the document needs a rewrite and you would like a price, tell us the site and the review it is for and we will confirm scope and a fixed price, usually within two business days.
The Readiness Check scores your pack in twelve questions — document control, site specificity, and whether the maintenance half exists — and shows you the gap list on the spot.
