Client-branded, audit-ready documents built around your actual org chart, plant list and site risk — not a generic template pack. Every suite ships with document-control tables, revision history and a consistent numbering scheme, all carrying your branding.

Revisions that address written feedback from the reviewer named in your quote, where a document we built does not meet the scope agreed at quoting or your client’s named standard. There is no cap on revision rounds inside the 90 days after delivery, and we work through that review until the pack is accepted. If your client changes scope — new activities, new plant, a different contract — that is new work and we quote it separately.

The Site-Ready Contractor Pack is delivered in 10 business days from the day scope is confirmed. Complete systems and bespoke Principal Hazard Management Plans take longer and are scheduled when we confirm scope. For any suite, we'll confirm scope and a fixed price within two business days of your enquiry.

We revise them free until they do — that’s our Review-Pass Guarantee. There is no cap on the number of revision rounds inside the 90 days after delivery: we work through the documented feedback of the reviewer named in your quote until the pack is accepted, within the scope agreed at quoting and while your account is current. Scope added after quoting, or a change to your client’s standards after delivery, is quoted as new work.

Every document carries a review date. A Document Care Plan keeps the suite current after delivery: scheduled reviews at Bronze, Silver or Gold cadence, monitoring of the legislation and client standards your documents cite, and every change issued at a new revision with a written change summary to your nominated document owner. Yes. Every document is branded in your colours, with your numbering and your organisation’s own terms — your org chart, your plant, your site names. A reviewer should see your document, not a consultant’s template with your name dropped in. Adding your actual logo is a paid extra if you want it — the clean default styling is what keeps every suite quick to update. Rebuilding the pack inside an existing corporate template or style guide is quoted separately.

We don’t need to have built them. We review what you have, fix what’s out of date or non-compliant, and a Document Care Plan takes over the ongoing updates from there.

A subscription provider sells ongoing access — an advice line, a template library, software — for a monthly fee on a fixed-term contract, and the documents are generic until you adapt them yourself. We write the documents to your operation, you pay one fixed price, and you own the files outright from delivery. If a document does not pass the review it was built for, we revise it free for 90 days until it does. Keeping the suite current afterwards is an optional Document Care Plan, not a condition of having it.

Yes. No. The suites are built for contractors and operators across mining, agriculture, manufacturing, utilities, construction and government-supplied services, worldwide. Every suite is written to the standards that apply to your site. The review you have to pass matters more than the industry you sit in.

Yes. Farms, ag contractors and other field-based operators — spray, harvest, livestock, earthworks — face the same document reviews as any other contractor bidding for work, and usually arrive with the same gaps: an emergency plan that was never written down, a chemical register that is out of date, no asbestos register covering structures that predate 2004, and no evidence trail for licences and competencies. A Specialist Pack covers the records legislation names directly; a full suite covers the rest. Scoping is the same either way — tell us the site and what the review has asked for.
