The document your client’s reviewer opens first. Built around your real org chart, scope and site risk — and revised free for 90 days until it passes their review. T&Cs apply
The HSE Management Plan is the first document a principal’s reviewer opens, and the one that sets their expectation for everything underneath it. If it reads like a generic plan with your logo on it, every document after it is read with more suspicion.
We build plans around your real org chart, your actual scope of work and the risks that exist on the site you are mobilising to — inside the same controlled system as the rest of your document pack.
Structured to the content list your client is reviewing against.
Not every plan needs every section. We scope to what your client’s contractor management standard actually asks for.
Four things a reviewer can verify in the first five minutes.
Positions in the plan match positions you actually employ, and every responsibility in the document maps to one of them. Generic plans assign duties to roles the contractor does not have.
Hazards named are the ones present on that site and in your scope — not a standard list carried over from another industry or another operation.
Every procedure, form and register the plan points to is in the pack, with the number the plan quotes. Dangling references are one of the most common findings.
Document control table, revision history with approver and change reason, completed sign-off fields and a scheduled review date — not “review as required”.
A plan is only as credible as the documents it references.
The layer the reviewer checks next.
The half most WHS template shops cannot produce.
Tell us the site and the contractor management standard you are being reviewed against. We will confirm scope and a fixed price — usually within two business days.

An HSE Management Plan is the top-level document that describes how your organisation manages health, safety and environment for a specific contract or site. It sets out the scope of work, the organisational structure and responsibilities, the risk management approach, the procedures that sit beneath it, the consultation and training arrangements, incident and emergency management, and how performance is monitored and reviewed. It is the document a principal’s reviewer opens first.
Broadly yes — the terms are used interchangeably depending on the principal and the jurisdiction. Some clients ask for a WHS Management Plan, some for an HSE Management Plan that explicitly includes environmental controls, and some for a Project or Site Safety Management Plan for one contract. The structure is similar; what changes is scope and the client’s required content list. We build to the standard your client is actually reviewing against.
Whether the plan describes your organisation or a generic one. The fastest tells are an org chart that does not match your actual roles, responsibilities assigned to positions you do not have, references to procedures that are not in the pack, and a risk section with hazards that are not present on the site. After that: document control, revision history, approval signatures and review dates.
A Core WHS/HSE Management System — policies, procedures, registers, forms and the master manual — starts from $6,990 AUD ex GST. A standalone plan as part of a larger pack is priced on scope. See suites and pricing.
Ten business days from scope confirmation for a site-ready pack. Larger complete systems are scheduled at scope confirmation. If you have a mobilisation date, tell us and we will work back from it.
