This website is operated under CORE System Management ("CORE SM", "we", "us", "our"), a registered business name of MCKEOWN GROUP PTY LTD, an Australian company. CORE SM builds client-branded WHS/HSE and maintenance document suites for contractors and operators, provides maintenance planning support including free PM Efficiency Audits, and prepares mining compliance documentation such as Principal Hazard Management Plans.

We only collect what we need to respond to you and deliver your report.
When you request a document quote, a PM Efficiency Audit, a Care Plan, or use our free Readiness Check tool, we collect what you give us in that form — typically your name, email address, company or organisation name, and any details you add about your project or documents. If you contact us by email or phone we keep what you send us so we can reply and provide our service.
If website analytics are enabled, we may collect limited technical information such as your approximate location (country/region), device and browser type, and the pages you visit. This is used in aggregate to understand how the site is used. If you arrive from a Google ad, we also capture the ad click identifier and store it temporarily in your browser so we can tell which campaign led to your enquiry — see Cookies & analytics.
Depending on the service you use, you may share documents or data with us — for example, existing WHS/HSE or maintenance documents you want reviewed, rebuilt or rebranded, site or scope details for a document suite, or a maintenance data export (CSV or Excel) from your CMMS for a PM Efficiency Audit. This may include limited personal information such as the names of workers, technicians or planners recorded in those documents or exports.
We treat everything you share as confidential. We use it solely to deliver the service you requested. We do not require ongoing access to your systems, we do not sell or share it, and we anonymise or remove site, asset and personnel detail before using anything as an illustrative example. You may ask us to delete what you have shared at any time.
Where you or your data are in the EU or UK, we rely on the following legal bases: consent (which you give when you submit our form), performance of a contract or steps taken at your request to provide the report, and our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business — balanced against your rights.
We do not sell your personal information or your CMMS data. We share information only with trusted service providers who help us operate, and only as needed:

We retain your personal information and CMMS data export for up to 90 days after we deliver your report, after which it is deleted, unless we agree a longer period with you for ongoing or recurring reporting, or we are required to keep it longer by law. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, including limiting who can access your data and storing it securely. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and review our practices regularly.
Data breaches: if a data breach involving your personal information occurs that is likely to result in serious harm, we will notify you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner in accordance with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Our website uses cookies that are needed for it to function, plus — only if you accept them in our cookie banner — analytics cookies (Google Analytics) that help us understand how the site is used.
We also run Google Ads to measure which ads and searches lead to an enquiry. This does not use advertising or personalisation cookies and does not build an advertising profile of you — those cookie categories stay switched off no matter what you choose in the banner. If you click through to us from a Google ad, we store the ad click ID in your browser for that visit only (not a cookie — it is deleted as soon as you close the tab), purely so we can tell internally which campaign your enquiry came from. It is never used to show you ads elsewhere.
We do not currently run Meta/Facebook advertising pixels on this site.

We are based in Australia and serve clients worldwide. Your information may be stored or processed in Australia or in other countries where our service providers operate, including the United States.
